Who We Are

Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC is a fully bonded and insured high quality residential house cleaning service, and we are based in Hartland, Wisconsin. We will furnish all of the materials necessary to perform all of the work documented on the Customer Checklist for both of our Triple Crown and Crown Cleaning Services.  

Rates

Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC uses a fixed-rate billing system for both our Triple Crown and Crown Cleaning Services. We take many factors into account when setting our fixed rate prices. This way we never have to “rush” or “skip things” to finish cleaning our client’s home in a certain amount of time. The truth is a home can vary in the cleaning time every time it is cleaned to a certain degree. This also allows us to work our Triple Crown Services into our clients’ Crown-Service appointments without the need to adjust prices. The bottom-line is Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC will only leave a home when the work is done to our extreme level of standards, not when a clock says our time is up. It is this philosophy and commitment to excellence, combined with dedication that helps separate us from other companies. Our minimum rate is $75.00 for a Crown Cleaning Service. 

Terms for Payment

Payment is expected on the same day that our service is provided. Acceptable forms of payment are either cash or check. All checks should be made payable to Thoroughbred House Cleaners or THC, LLC. We do reserve the right to withhold service when an outstanding balance is due or payment is not left for us on the scheduled service date.

Pets

Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC is a pet friendly company. If your pet(s) are left inside the home on scheduled service dates, they will be protected to the best of our ability. However, we do charge an additional fee if we have to clean up pet “accidents.”

Prior to Our Arrival

The interior of your home is expected to be cleared of major clutter. Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC general guideline is as follows: Toys are to be put away, laundry is in the laundry basket or washer, clothes are to be put away in the closet or in the dresser(s), dishes are in the dishwasher or cabinets. Surfaces or rooms that are covered completely with clutter will be skipped until they are straightened up a little. 

Keys

Your home must be accessible to us. Most of our clients either provide us with an access code to their garage or a key to their home. We can assure you that at Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC we take every precaution necessary to safeguard our clients key(s). The key(s) provided by our clients will be coded with an identification number (no names or addresses), and all access codes will be secured with the owner or team leader.

Occupants On Service Date

We ask that individuals, and especially children that will be in the home while our services our being performed should not occupy the rooms that we are currently cleaning, we request that you move to other rooms or areas of your home. This is for you and your family’s protection as well as our own.

Cancellation & Lockout Fee

If you have to cancel a scheduled appointment we ask that our clients notify us at least 48 hours in advance. A cancellation fee of $50 will be applied to your account for cancellations that occurs less than 48 hours prior to your next scheduled appointment. This is because we need time to fill open spaces in our schedule. The house cleaning industry doesn’t receive “walk-in” business, so we please ask you to respect our policy. If for some reason we can not gain access to your home on a scheduled date we may charge a $75.00 “lockout fee” depending on the case.  

Chemicals and Equipment

Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC is very proud to be an 95% “green” company. We use mostly Method products that are safe for you and for your pets. We combine the best Method has to offer with the best micro fiber cloths and mops available in the world. We use specifically designed cloths and products for all the different surfaces in your home (stainless steel, marble, granite, stone, etc.). You can sleep tight knowing your surfaces are being maintained using the right products. The vacuums we use also have certified HEPA filtration systems. We only use the best products available at Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC. 

Referral Discounts

The $50.00 referral discount is applied to your future service after your referral has been serviced. You will be notified in advance when the discount will be applied to your invoice.

Guarantee

We are proud to guarantee our work and fix any concerns our clients may have, but because of scheduling we must be notified with in 24 hours of the incident. Otherwise, the necessary correction will be made on the next and all future scheduled appointments.

Communication
