Reasonable Rates and Professional Services

At Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC we offer two types of services. Our Triple Crown Cleaning which is a hard core deep down thorough cleaning for first time or seasonal clients. The Triple Crown Cleaning will take longer than most return visits will, so there is a higher charge. On all return cleanings we perform what we call our Crown Cleaning Service. The end result looks the same with both cleanings it's just on Triple Crown Cleanings we take no chances everything gets a complete wash! The list below shows what is done in each room.

Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC uses a fixed-rate billing system for both our Triple Crown and Crown Cleaning Services. We take many factors into account when setting our fixed rate prices (everything from insurance and fuel to the number of bathrooms). This way we never have to “rush” or “skip things” to finish cleaning our client’s home in a certain amount of time. The truth is that a home can vary in the cleaning time every time it is cleaned to a certain degree. This also allows us to work our Triple Crown Services into our clients’ Crown-Service appointments without the need to adjust prices. The bottom-line is Thoroughbred House Cleaners, LLC will only leave a home when the work is done to our extreme level of standards, not when a clock says our time is up. It is this philosophy and commitment to excellence, combined with dedication that helps separate us from other companies. Our minimum rate is $100.00 for a Triple Crown Cleaning and $75.00 for clients using our scheduled Crown Cleaning services.

Triple Crown Additional Cleaning Services

All Cabinets, Doors, Frames, Baseboards, Pictures, Vents and Sills are fully washed. Entire Floor is fully edged with vacuum.
